We’ve used David’s services for years, annual checks through to replacing an ancient boiler and some ropy rads. Before changing the boiler David took the time to explain the pros and cons of heat pumps and if it was suitable but also significantly expensive to fit to an older property. Always able to get a quick visit for the occasional unexpected issue. Good rates and service so do recommend.
I'm very happy to recommend Pronto Plumber. David is friendly but thoroughly professional. Turned up as arranged and job completed promptly and area left clean and tidy.

David has been our plumber for many years and is always professional, on hand to help and reliable. We have used him both for small one off jobs and also during bigger extensions and building work. He has always provided and excellent service.

He provides an excellent service and has serviced my gas fire and boiler regularly (which at 16 years old are still going strong). He has refitted the family bathroom and the downstairs toilet.
He comes in a timely manner, is friendly, respectful, helpful, and works in a clean and tidy manner, always looking after flooring and furniture.
I am impressed that he is also committed to training young plumbers.

David fitted a new boiler for me a year ago which has made such a difference. And he is just come back to service it. I find David very polite and would definitely recommend.

We found David and his team always ready to explain what is necessary to get the job done. David and his team I found to be honest, reliable and good at communicating. I can highly recommend Pronto Plumbers. David and his team have looked after all our plumbing and boiler requirements for several years now. A full bathroom refurb, fab shower room, refurb of a cloakroom plus a new boiler and regular servicing - down to simple leaky taps and broken flush!
